  • Planner

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a planner in our private wealth management team. Our ideal candidate is someone who’s just out of polytechnic and looking for a long-term and satisfying career in the growing wealth management space.

    You will pair up with our Senior Advisor on a day-to-day basis, focusing on client documentation, follow-up, and enhancing the client experience. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, personable, and collaborative.

    Key responsibilities include attending client meetings, gathering financial information, scheduling appointments, creating client presentations and providing excellent client service.

    No financial or investment knowledge is necessary, but knowledge on the use of the Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint) is needed.

    Professional development and personalised training are provided as part of a structured career path towards becoming a Senior Advisor who will eventually hold all the necessary certifications and knowledge and will be responsible to advise on all financial aspects and journey together with the clients as part of a team.

  • Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    - Attend client facing meetings both virtually and in-person.

    - Take meeting notes to document the conversation and next steps.

    - Input information and notes into the client management and documentation system.

    - Creation of the presentation documents to enable the successful running of our meetings.

    - Ownership of post-meeting follow up correspondence to clients and potential clients to gather information and share findings from the meeting.

    - Follow up with clients or potential clients to move forward in the process and coordinate next steps with them.

    - Work with other team members to make sure action items are being moved forward and completed.

    - Utilize the appropriate software as necessary (Microsoft 365 suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Qualifications

  • - Ability to work in the office from Monday – Friday, 9am – 630pm
    - Diploma holder from a local polytechnic.
    - Collaborative, able to work in a team and has a desire to help others in the best way possible.

Benefits

  • - Starting salary ranges between $30,000 - $40,000 per year including 13th month but exclude bonuses based on company performance and KPIs.
